Roze Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation is a tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization whose goal is to provide information to the public about hospice and palliative care services for the critically, chronically and terminally ill individuals and their families.

Public Support
Public contributions/donations to support our cause are welcome and may be made on-line. Roze Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation accepts one time donations or recurring donations.  Donor will receive a written confirmation of contributed amount.  Upon donor’s request Roze Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation will also mail a donation acknowledgment letter to designated family members who may wish to know about donations made in honor of their loved one.
